Couples Sound Journey
Slow down together. Listen beneath the noise.
This private session invites you and your partner to sink into deep rest while I craft a spacious soundscape with Tibetan and crystal bowls, soft gong, and chimes. It’s a quiet, shared reset — ideal for reconnecting, navigating change, or simply tending to your bond with presence and ease.
How Your Session Unfolds
- Arrive & intention (5–10 min) — A brief check-in to hear what each of you needs today (calm, clarity, nourishment). We set comfort levels for volume and proximity.
- Gentle settling (5 min) — Breath and body cues to arrive. Choose bolsters/blankets; you can lie side-by-side or slightly apart.
- The sound journey (40–55 min) — Live instruments are played around you, with pacing tailored to your nervous systems. Expect waves of tone, silence, and soft overtones.
- Quiet integration (10–15 min) — Time to rest, sip water, or share a few words. We close slowly so you can carry the softness with you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this like couples therapy?
No. This is a restorative, body-led experience. There’s minimal talking, and no analysis — just space to unwind and meet each other in quiet presence.
What if one of us is sound-sensitive?
We tailor the session: softer instruments, greater distance, longer silences — and we can skip any sounds that don’t suit. Comfort leads.
Can we talk during the session?
Whispering or signaling needs is welcome (warmer blanket, softer volume, pause). Most couples prefer silence; we decide together at the start.
What should we bring?
Just yourselves. Wear comfy layers. We provide mats, bolsters, blankets, and water.
How often should we come?
Monthly supports maintenance. In busy or tender seasons, every 2–3 weeks can be deeply supportive.
