🪷 Private Group Sound Bath

Collective calm. Gentle instruments. Deep rest. ✨

Some experiences are better shared. A private group sound bath offers your circle a chance to slow down together, rest deeply, and reconnect without words. Whether it’s a gathering of friends, a family milestone, a retreat group, or a memorial service to honour a loved one, the shared soundscape creates a space of belonging and ease.

You don’t need any prior experience — simply arrive as you are. Lie down or sit comfortably while I weave Tibetan and crystal bowls, soft gong, chimes, and the restorative hush of silence. The tones do the work, helping busy minds soften and bodies let go.

📌 What to Expect

  • Arrival (10 min) — Gentle welcomes, finding your spot, and settling in with mats, bolsters, and blankets.

  • Gentle landing (5 min) — A few slow breaths and simple cues to help the body arrive.

  • Sound bath (45–60 min) — Live instruments played in spacious waves of tone and silence. Volume stays comfortable and is always adjustable.

  • Integration (10–15 min) — Time for quiet rest, water, or journaling. Guests often linger in the calm before stepping back into the day.
