Family Sound Healing

Come as you are. Breathe together. Rest together.

This gentle session invites your family to slow down and reconnect. You’ll settle into a cozy, nest-like setup while I build a soft, spacious soundscape with Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drum, and light gong. The focus is on nervous-system calm, shared presence, and a felt sense of togetherness — no performance, no pressure.

How Your Family Session Unfolds
  1. Arrive & check-in (5–10 min) — A quick, friendly chat to hear what each of you needs today. We agree on volume, proximity, and pace.
  2. Gentle settling (5 min) — Simple breath and body cues to help everyone arrive. Younger ones can hold a soft chime or choose a blanket.
  3. The sound journey (35–50 min) — Live instruments are played around you, staying attuned to the group’s energy. Movement breaks are always okay.
  4. Quiet integration (10–15 min) — Rest in the afterglow. We close with water, a few words, or silence — whatever feels right.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if my child gets restless?

It’s okay. Movement, whispering, changing position, or stepping out for a short break are all welcome. We design the session around your family’s natural rhythm.

How loud is it?

Family sessions are intentionally soft. We set an agreed volume at the start and adjust at any time — you’re always in charge of comfort.

Can we bring a grandparent or a caregiver?

Absolutely. The session is for your household — if that includes a grandparent or caregiver, they’re welcome. If your group is larger than five, send me a note to arrange spacing.

Will children need to lie still the whole time?

No. Many children relax naturally; others like to fidget or switch positions. We keep expectations low and the environment permissive so everyone can unwind.

How often should we come?

Monthly is a lovely maintenance rhythm. During stressful seasons, some families visit every 2–3 weeks. Trust what supports you best.
