Signature Sound Journey
A quiet place to land, listen, and reset.
This session is the heart of my practice. It’s a simple invitation: lie down, breathe, and let live sound move through you. I build a gentle soundscape using Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, an ocean drum, and tuning forks, etc. The vibrations are felt as much as they are heard — loosening tension, settling the nervous system, and creating space for whatever needs to shift.
How Your Session Unfolds
- Arrive & land (5–10 min) — Brief check-in about how you’re feeling and what you need today. We set a simple intention together.
- Gentle settling (5 min) — Guided breath and body scan to help you arrive. You’ll be lying down on a mat with cushions and a blanket.
- The sound journey (45–60 min) — Layered instruments played around you and, at times, near the body. The sequence stays responsive to your breath and energy.
- Quiet integration (10–15 min) — Silence to rest. If helpful, we close with a short reflection or a few words to ground.
What You Might Notice
- Deep relaxation and an “exhale” through the whole body
- Less mental noise; more clarity
- Unwinding of tight shoulders, jaw, or belly
- Emotional release or a gentle lift of mood
- Improved sleep the night after
Why Sound?
Rhythm and tone speak to the body in a way words can’t. Slow, steady waves help the nervous system down-shift from “doing” into “being.” You don’t have to try — your job is to listen and let the sound do the work.
