The Plain Soul Sound Therapy studio is designed for deep rest: soft light, natural textures, and instruments tuned for gentle resonance. Every choice honours the nervous system — from how you arrive, to where you lie down, to the hush after the last note.
What You’ll Find Here
- Warm, dimmable light — restful on eyes; sunset tones for evening sessions.
- Comfort-first setup — supportive mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows.
- Thoughtful sound — Tibetan & crystal bowls, soft gong, chimes, nut shakers, ocean drum, gongs, etc.
- Temperature cared for — rugs & throws; fireplace in winter, airflow in summer.
- Scent-light space — no incense or strong perfumes; optional subtle aromatherapy on request.
- Tea & water — time to land before, and integrate after.
Layout
A single open room with smooth flooring and soft rugs. Resting area for 1–5 guests, plus a small welcome nook. Instruments live at the front, with space to adjust distance for sensitivity.

Accessibility
- Entry: Ground-floor entry. Minimal threshold step; assistance available on arrival.
- Seating: Chair-based options if lying down isn’t comfortable.
- Volume: Gentle by default; I can soften further and give more space as needed.
- Lighting: Dimmed and steady (no flicker). Eye pillows available.
- Scent: Fragrance-light policy. Please avoid strong perfumes/colognes.
- Medical considerations: If you have a pacemaker, acute tinnitus, or a sound-sensitive condition, please consult your healthcare provider and let me know beforehand so I can adapt.

Studio Etiquette
- Phones fully off or Airplane mode; no smartwatches during the session.
- Soft voices in the space; shoes off at the door.
- Bring a warm layer — even in summer, deep rest can cool the body.
