What To Expect
Welcome & Grounding (15 min)
Each session begins with a gentle arrival. You will have time to settle into the space, slow your breath, and feel supported. A short introduction helps you ease into the journey with presence and openness.
Sound Journey (45 min)
You will then be guided through an immersive soundscape created with Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and rhythm instruments. The vibrations flow around and through the body, encouraging deep relaxation, calm, and inner harmony. Every journey is unique and intuitively guided, whether for individuals, couples, families, or groups.
Reflection & Closing (15 min)
We finish with quiet time to integrate the experience — you may choose to share reflections, sit in stillness, or simply rest in the calm energy before gently re-entering your day.

Important Information Before Your Session
Sound healing is a safe and supportive practice for most people.
However, there are certain conditions where extra care is required, or where sound healing may not be suitable.
Please consult your medical doctor before booking if any of the following apply:
- You have a pacemaker, stent, shunt, artificial heart valve, or cardiac arrhythmia
- You have a deep brain stimulation device (DBS)
- You experience epilepsy or sound-induced seizures
- You are pregnant (especially in the first trimester)
- You have carotid stenosis or vascular issues in the neck
- Any acute psychotic episode
Sound healing is not applied directly on the body in the following cases:
- Open wounds or fresh surgical scars (until fully healed)
- Acute inflammations, tumours, or deep vein thrombosis
- Metal implants, artificial joints, screws, or inflamed veins/joints
- On or near a pacemaker/defibrillator (instruments are kept at least 20 cm away)
- The stomach or back during pregnancy
General guidance:
- If you have a recent injury (e.g., whiplash), please allow at least three days before attending.
- Always let me know of any medical conditions or sensitivities before your session.
- Your safety and comfort are my highest priority.
